Anuradha Beri, BDS, CAGS, MSD
Dr. Beri is a dedicated dental professional specializing in periodontics and dental implants, with a strong commitment to helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health. She moved to Virginia in 2007 after completing her specialty training in Periodontics and Implants at Boston University’s Goldman School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. Her advanced education and specialized training have provided her with a strong foundation in diagnosing and treating periodontal conditions and helping patients restore and maintain healthy smiles.
In addition to her specialty training, Dr. Beri earned her Master’s degree in Oral Biology at Boston University, where her research focused on salivary proteins and Candida albicans. Her academic background reflects her interest in understanding the science behind oral health and disease.
She also served as a clinical instructor for preclinical periodontics at the Goldman School of Dental Medicine, where she helped educate and train future dental professionals. Her experience in both research and education continues to shape her thoughtful, evidence-based approach to patient care.
Dr. Beri believes that successful dental treatment begins with patient education, open communication, and a clear understanding of each individual’s needs. She takes pride in explaining the importance of periodontal health, discussing available treatment options, and helping patients make informed decisions about their care. Her goal is to ensure that every patient feels comfortable asking questions, understands the benefits of recommended treatments, and feels confident taking an active role in maintaining their oral health. She understands that healthy gums are essential to a healthy smile and is committed to providing personalized care that supports long-term periodontal health.
Outside of the office, Dr. Beri lives in Ashburn with her husband, Sree, and their two children. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and is often involved in activities with her children at local parks and throughout the community. Her connection to the local community is an important part of her life, and she enjoys being part of the Northern Virginia area she calls home. Dr. Beri is proud to care for her patients and looks forward to helping them achieve healthier gums, stronger smiles, and lasting oral health.
Ranmeek Kaur, DMD
Dr. Ranmeek Kaur takes a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to dentistry, combining her extensive education, clinical expertise, and modern dental technology to provide personalized care for every patient. At Mosaic Dental, she believes that every smile is unique and deserves an individualized treatment plan tailored to each patient’s oral health needs, goals, and concerns. Dr. Kaur takes the time to listen to her patients, explain treatment options, and ensure they feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their dental journey. Her goal is to help patients achieve and maintain healthy, beautiful smiles while making every dental visit a positive experience.
Dr. Kaur earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from Baba Farid University in India. After immigrating to the United States, she continued pursuing her passion for dentistry by earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where she graduated first in her class with summa cum laude honors. Her academic achievements also include receiving the annual Dean’s List honor every year throughout her time at Tufts and membership in the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. These accomplishments reflect her dedication to academic excellence, continuous learning, and delivering high-quality dental care to her patients.
As a member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the Virginia Dental Association (VDA), Dr. Kaur remains connected to the dental community and is committed to maintaining high standards of professional care. She values open communication, patient education, and building lasting relationships based on trust and understanding. Whether providing preventive care, restorative treatments, or helping patients navigate more comprehensive dental needs, Dr. Kaur strives to create a comfortable and welcoming environment where patients feel empowered to make informed decisions about their oral health.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Kaur enjoys spending quality time with her husband and son, making family time an important part of her life. She speaks English, Hindi, and Punjabi, allowing her to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds and help them feel at ease during their visits. Parth Kalathiya, BDS, DMD
Dr. Kalathiya is a general dentist with over 13 years of clinical experience dedicated to comprehensive, patient-centered care. Bringing an approach that balances modern digital precision with time-tested techniques, he specializes in general dentistry, advanced endodontic therapy, dental implant restorations and comprehensive clear aligner orthodontics.
Dr. Kalathiya earned his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Sumandeep Vidyapeeth University before completing extensive advanced postdoctoral training in the United States. He served as a Clinical Preceptor in the Department of Endodontics at Rutgers University and completed a General Practice Residency at Miami Valley Hospital / Cleveland Dental Institute, where his clinical leadership earned him the distinction of Chief Resident.
Passionate about clinical innovation, Dr. Kalathiya has contributed to publishing dental research on complex root canal anatomy and engineered specialized dental instruments to optimize procedural efficiency and patient comfort. In daily practice, he pairs advanced 3D intraoral scanners and Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) imaging with modern orthodontic solutions—delivering customized clear aligner treatment plans utilizing ClearCorrect, Invisalign®, and Spark to help patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.
